Add your instance
Give your PDI a name and add its HTTPS address. Manage multiple authorized instances from one workspace.
Your ServiceNow PDI deserves a home base. Browser activity, clear diagnostics and backup reminders — together in one free developer workspace.
No subscription. No credit card. Your instances, your control.
Keep your ServiceNow PDI active — with realistic expectations. Automated activity is not guaranteed to prevent reclamation. Keep signing in to the Developer Site and back up your work.
LESS FRICTION. MORE BUILDING.
One inspectable setup script. A dedicated service user. Everything stays in your control.

Run the generated Background Script in your PDI. It creates a dedicated user and a narrowly scoped integration.
Verify the connection, choose an interval and follow each browser login and confirmed property update.
A SMALL TOOL. A USEFUL WORKSPACE.
A fresh headless browser signs in with your integration user. Property changes use that authenticated session and are read back before a run is marked successful.
Choose 1–7 days. Jobs are spread out, queued fairly and retried carefully when connections fail.
Jump to Update Sets, Script Includes, System Logs and the tools you use every day.
Encrypted credentials, isolated sessions and no administrator role for the service user.
Read the security model ↗Remember your last backup and follow a practical export checklist. An Update Set is not a full instance backup.
GOOD QUESTIONS
Clear expectations are part of the product.
No. ServiceNow controls assignment, hibernation and reclamation. A successful run proves only the recorded login and property update. Use the Developer Site regularly and maintain your own backups.
No. You run the setup script yourself. KeepMyPDI stores only a generated password for its dedicated service user.
Security challenges require your intervention. KeepMyPDI never bypasses MFA or CAPTCHA. Sleeping instances may need to be woken manually through the Developer Site.
Yes. Export your history, review the removal script, remove the integration in your PDI and delete the instance or your account here.
