What we store and why

To provide your account and integrations, we store your email, password hash, verification state, PDI names and addresses, encrypted service credentials, schedules, technical observations, activity histories and manual backup confirmations. Essential session and CSRF cookies protect your login. The selected language and theme are stored locally or in your session. No advertising or analytics trackers are included.

Processing and retention

Account and integration processing serves performance of the requested service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); limited abuse prevention serves the operator’s legitimate security interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). Email delivery requires the configured mail provider. Connections to your PDI send the service credentials and activity requests to ServiceNow. Operational server and mail-provider retention and processor details must be documented before launch.

Account and instance deletion remove their live database records, credentials and history. PDI-side components require the removal script. Platform backups may retain deleted data until their configured retention expires. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed and expire; email action tokens expire after one hour.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Contact the controller above. Export instance history in your dashboard and delete your account in settings.
